Immortalize your event

Do you want your event photos to hit as hard as your favorite band's encore? That's exactly what we deliver – minus the mosh pit, of course. Years of shooting Austin’s underground music scene taught us how to read the room, anticipate expressions and ultimately capture the moments that matter.
Now we're bringing that same eye for genuine connection and strategic storytelling to your corporate events.
We shoot conferences, team gatherings, award ceremonies, internal meetings and more. No matter the occasion, every business event deserves scroll-stopping photography that keeps your audience engaged.
Picture this: Your LinkedIn feed is buzzing with candid shots from your latest conference. Your website gallery shows real people having real conversations. Your marketing materials feature actual team members (not models pretending to be them). That's the power of professional event photography – it turns one amazing day into months of authentic content that builds trust, showcases your culture, and keeps your brand in the spotlight.
Every booking includes a pre-event questionnaire, the best images from the event- including those "you had to be there" moments, professional editing and a quick-turnaround digital gallery with both high-res and web-optimized images. We also deliver 5 images the next day for press releases, newsletters or social sharing.

Hi! I'm Madison Avery Somerville, founder and lead photographer at Madison Avery Studio
My photography journey started in 2011 while a student at the University of Texas. While applying to the art program, my father gave me his used Canon 5D. It was love at first sight.
I spent the next 10 years with camera in hand, documenting Austin's underground music scene.
Those nights capturing performers and fans at iconic venues like Red 7, Emo's, and Mohawk taught me invaluable lessons. I learned how to get the shot no matter what, how to work quickly under pressure and how to help people feel comfortable in front of my camera.
Then COVID changed everything and that unexpected break gave me clarity on what to create next. I decided to start Madison Avery Studio, an executive photography studio helping executives and entrepreneurs show up confidently in an increasingly digital world.
As I look back at my body of work, I find myself returning to the same themes over and over again. These include documenting the now for later, helping people present themselves as they want to be seen and creating art that makes the world a more interesting place.
If you're looking to create timeless art that won't look dated in 5 or 10 years, then let's talk.
